| Synopsis | The purpose of this Bill is to amend the Criminal Codeto create offences for the make, use, supply or possession of identification material with the intent that the material be used to commit, or facilitate the commission of, an indictable offence; and the posession of equipment capable of making, using, supplying, or retaining identification material with the intent that that equipment be used to either commit or facilitate the commission of an indictable offence. | |
