SynopsisThe purpose of this Bill is to ratify, and authorise the implementation of, an agreement between the State and Buru Energy Limited, Diamond Resources (Fitzroy) Pty Ltd, Diamond Resources (Canning) Pty Ltd and Mitsubishi Corporation relating to the evaluation, development and exploitation of natural gas resources in the Canning Basin region of the State, and for incidental and other purposes.

This Act comes into operation on the day on which it receives the Royal Assent
