Synopsis
The purpose of this Bill is to amend the
Corruption and Crime Commission Act 2003
and to make consequential amendments to various other Acts; and to amend the
Criminal Property Confiscation Act 2000
to achieve nothing less than significantly improving the CCC's statutory ability to fight organised crime and corruption in this State.
