SynopsisThe purpose of the Bill is to amend the Queen Elizabeth II Medical Centre Act 1966 following a review of the Act. The amendments will enhance governance requirements in order to support the Queen Elizabeth II Medical Centre Trust as a result of the ongoing and proposed development on the site.

This Act comes into operation on the day on which it receives the Royal Assent
