Synopsis
The purpose of this Bill is for an Act to strengthen the monitoring and compliance provisions in regulating reportable offenders and reduces time frames associated with reporting requirements and aims to broaden the personal details reported to the Commissioner of Police. This Bill will also amend the
Community Protection (Offender Reporting) Act 2004
and to make consequential amendments to the
Freedom of Information Act 1992
.
