Fire and Emergency Services Legislation Amendment Bill 2012

SynopsisThe purpose of this Bill is to amend the Fire and Emergency Services Authority of Western Australia Act 1998; and the Bush Fires Act 1954; and the Fire Brigades Act 1942; and the Fire and Emergency Services Superannuation Act 1985; and the Emergency Management Act 2005 and to make consequential amendments to other Acts.

Royal Assent given 29 Aug 2012 as Act No. 22 of 2012. Different sections of this Act come into operation on Royal Assent and Proclamation. For details refer to Commencement Clause of the Bill (see also Assent and Commencement information for Acts)
