Gene Technology Amendment Bill 2005

Long Title This Bill provides for a person who is the holder of a licence to deal with genetically modified organisms to pay a charge for the licence. The amount of the charge is prescribed by regulations.

This Act comes into operation on the day on which it receives the Royal Assent
