Consumer Affairs Amendment Bill 2006

Long Title The purpose of this Bill is to remove the upper limit as a measure of damages entirely so as to not prevent, restrict or even perhaps frustrate the Commissioner in acting for consumers whether the figure be $4, $40,000 or $400,000.
