Long Title |
The purpose of this Bill is to amend sections of the Small Business Development Corporation Act 1983 to incorporate a number of administrative amendments. Other amendments include expanding the Small BusinessDevelopment Corporation Board from six to eight members, with no fewer than two members to represent the interests of regional small business and substituting references to the "Governor" with "Minister". The latter will mean that Board members will be appointed by the Minister and not by His Excellency the Governor. |
