Long Title The Bill repeals the Chiropractors Act 1964 and provides a modern framework for the regulation of the practice of chiropractics and registration of persons as chiropractors. The Bill thereby enhances protection of the public from harm and is consistent with national competition principles.
Status Assented to
Royal Assent given 12 Dec 2005 as Act No. 31 of 2005. This Act comes into operation on a day fixed by Proclamation (see Assent and Commencement information for Acts)
