Freedom of Information Amendment Bill 2003

Bill No. 206
Long Title The purpose of this Bill is to make a minor amendment to the Freedom of Information Act 1992 that will have a significant effect on the effective application of the Act. This will enable the release of requested documents that are currently exempt under Schedule 1, Clause 5(1)(b).
