Occupational Safety and Health Legislation Amendment and Repeal Bill 2004

SynopsisThe purpose of this Bill is to deal with a number of administrative matters that require clarification, extends coverage to accommodate a range of non-traditional working arrangements and focuses on encouraging occupational safety and health matters to be dealt with by the individual employers and employees who have to manage and work with workplace hazards.

Royal Assent given 12 Nov 2004 as Act No. 51 of 2004. This Act comes into operation on a day fixed by Proclamation (see Assent and Commencement information for Acts)
