Synopsis
The purpose of this Bill is to support the Government’s commitment to stimulating more innovation and choice for consumers, while at the same time promoting lower risk drinking environments and addressing alcohol-related anti-social behaviour. The reforms include measures to protect the health and safety of consumers and the public generally.
