Industrial Hemp Bill 2003

Long Title The purpose of this Bill is to facilitate the development of an industry for the cultivation and processing of Industrial Hemp in Western Australia. The Bill provides for a system of licensing for legal persons wishing to cultivate, harvest or process Industrial Hemp.
Status Assented to
Royal Assent given 12 Mar 2004 as Act No. 1 of 2004. This Act comes into operation on a day fixed by Proclamation (see Assent and Commencement information for Acts)
