SynopsisThe purpose of this Bill is to -
  • provide for the development and redevelopment of certain land in the local government districts of Cockburn and Kwinina (particularly in Hope Valley and Wattleup);
  • appoint the Western Australian Land Authority as the Authority to undertake the development and redevelopment; and
  • provide the necessary powers for the Authority to undertake the development and redevelopment.
