SynopsisThe purpose of this Bill is to effect changes to a number of other Acts of Parliament which include references to the Bush Fires Board or the Fire Brigades Board. Such reference will be substituted by references to the Fire and Emergency Services Authority of Western Australia.

This Bill is necessary as a result of the introduction of the Fire and Emergency Services Authority of Western Australia Bill 1998.
