Synopsis
The purpose of this Bill seeks to make amendments to a number of Acts within the Consumer Protection Portfolio, which of themselves do not justify separate Bills. The amendments will correct anomalies, improve consumer protection, streamline administrative practice and remove unnecessary legislation.
