Long Title
The purpose of this Bill is to provide for an extension for injured workers to seek redemption of future entitlements where they have a permanent partial disability. Where an injured worker and their employer agree upon redemption, this agreement can be registered by the Director of Conciliation and Review and will enable workers with a residual disability to receive a lump sum in lieu of ongoing small payments.
