SynopsisThe purpose of this Bill is to -
  • provide for electronic conveyancing in Western Australia by enacting provisions that correspond to the Electronic Conveyancing National Law; and
  • make consequential and other amendments to the Duties Act 2008, Settlements Agents Act 1981, Taxation Administration Act 2003 and Transfer of Land Act 1893,
and for related purposes.
