Acts Amendment (Auxiliary Judges) Bill 1997

Long Title

The purpose of this Bill is to provide for the appointment of retired Judges and other qualified persons to be appointed as auxiliary Judges for periods of up to 12 months to assist in meeting the workload of the Supreme Court and District Court.
