Liquor Licensing Amendment Bill (No.2) 1998

Long Title The purpose of the Bill is to amend the Liquor Licensing Act 1988. Its intent is to introduce into the Act a requirement to limit the number of licences that can be held by any individual, company or associated groups of individuals or companies.
