Synopsis
The purpose of this Bill is to amend
The Criminal Code
and the
Criminal Investigation Act 2006
to introduce a new offence for a person who organises a gathering that becomes out of control, and a defence if the person can prove they took reasonable measures to prevent such gatherings from becoming out of control.
Status
Assented to 12/06/2012
