Dangerous Goods (Transport)(Consequential Provisions) Bill 1998

Long Title The purpose of this Bill is to amend and repeal all outdated provisions for the transport of dangerous goods from the Explosives and Dangerous Goods Act 1961 as a consequence of the enactment of the Dangerous Goods (Transport) Act 1998.
