SynopsisThe purpose of this Bill is for an Act to rename 'Foundation Day', observed annually on 1 June, as 'Western Australia Day' and to amend the Public and Bank Holidays Act 1972 and the Minimum Conditions of Employment Act 1993 and for related purposes.
