Long Title The purpose of this Bill is to repeal the Industrial Training Act 1975 and modernise the Vocational Education and Training Act 1996 to align it with the new world created by the surging economy - that demands business and training providers be flexible and responsive to whatever situations and opportunities arise.
Status Referred to Standing Committee on Uniform Legislation and Statutes Review
Different sections of this Act come into operation on Royal Assent and Proclamation. For details refer to Commencement Clause of the Bill
