Synopsis
This Bill is the third Bill in a package of three Bills to facilitate the implementation of electricity reform. The purpose of this Bill is to provide a number of transitional provisions and amendments to several Acts as a result of the restructure of Western Power. Primarily this Bill amends the Electricity Corporation Act 1994 to repeal all provisions except those relating to access to Western Power's transmission and distribution systems.

Royal Assent given 20 Oct 2004 as Act No. 33 of 2004. This Act comes into operation on a day fixed by Proclamation (see Assent and Commencement information for Acts)
