Acts Amendment (Sentencing) Bill 2004

Long Title The purpose of this Bill seeks to strengthen WA sentencing laws in terms of giving further recognition to the reviews of victims. The Bill also contains a range of amendments to the Sentencing Act 1995, Sentence Administration Act 2003 and the Sentencing Legislation Amendment and Repeal Act 2003 to make the sentencing regime more workable.
