Human Reproductive Technology and Surrogacy Legislation Amendment Bill 2018

Long Title The purpose of this bill is to amend the Human Reproductive Technology Act 1991 and the Surrogacy Act 2008 to enable same-sex couples and single men access to surrogacy to become parents.
Status Legislative Council Second Reading - Committee Report Tabled
Different sections of this Act come into operation on Royal Assent and Proclamation. For details refer to Commencement Clause of the Bill
