Evidence Amendment Bill 2004

Long Title The purpose of this Bill is to amend the Evidence Act 1906 to prescribe a process for the provision of DNA evidence in court.
Status Assented to
Royal Assent given 7 Oct 2004 as Act No. 24 of 2004. This Act comes into operation on a day fixed by Proclamation (see Assent and Commencement information for Acts)
