Long Title The purpose of this Bill is to amend the Duties Act 2000; and in certain circumstances, the Duties Legislation Amendment Act 2008. The Bill features amendments to unwind the scheduled abolition of transfer duty on non-real business assets such as business licences, goodwill and intellectual property.
