Liquor Control Amendment Bill 2010

Long Title The purpose of this Bill is to amend the Liquor Control Act 1988 to establish a new licensing regime for approved managers. The new system will provide greater flexibility and allow approved managers to move freely between licensed premises without approval from the licensing authority.
Status Assented to
Royal Assent given 8 Dec 2010 as Act No. 56 of 2010. Different sections of this Act come into operation on Royal Assent and Proclamation. For details refer to Commencement Clause of the Bill (see also Assent and Commencement information for Acts)
