Courts Legislation Amendment and Repeal Bill 2003

Long Title This Bill is the last in a package of legislation which will reform the Western Australian lower court system. The Bill implements six Western Australian Law Reform Commission recommendations and introduces a uniform system of enforcing the civil judgments of the Magistrates Court, District Court and Supreme Court.
Status Assented to
Royal Assent given 23 Nov 2004 as Act No. 59 of 2004. This Act comes into operation on a day fixed by Proclamation (see Assent and Commencement information for Acts)
