The Committee’s Report No. 8 on the sustainability of the dairy industry in Western Australia tabled on 4 December 2003 contained a typographic error.

Chapter 1 on page 15 of the tabled report stated "Challenge Dairy Co-operative, established in Capel in 2001 with the assistance of a $19 million grant from the Western Australian Government…" The sum of money mentioned was an error and should have been an amount of $10 million.
