I refer to the proposed Dalyellup
Greenpatch subdivision, lots 9105, 9076 and 8019, and the odour buffer for the
Bunbury Waste Water Treatment Plant.
(1) Was the
tabled report of 16 May 2018, ''Greater Bunbury Region Scheme Amendment
No. 10XX/XX: Special Control Area No. 4 Wastewater Treatment Plant Odour Buffer
Amendment Report — Shire of Capel/City of Bunbury'', as
published by the Water Corporation on 30 March 2010, the only information
resource used to determine the special control area 4 and the Bunbury
Wastewater Treatment Plant's odour buffer boundary for the greater Bunbury
region scheme?
(2) If not, will
the minister please explain and table a copy of other information?
