(1) The Local Impacts Committee (LIC) has held 9 meetings and one workshop, since May 1, 2003.
(2) The LIC work includes a general ?desk top? analysis of the impacts of run-off from roads in the area, including Leach Highway. The analysis covers many wetlands in the area, including those mentioned in the Question.
(3) No.
(4) Formal minutes are not kept. Notes of meetings are kept. Notes are available to all LIC members but are not produced for wider circulation because they refer to work-in-progress. Once the LIC work is complete the results will be made public.
