National Environment Protection Council (Western Australia) Amendment Bill 2007
|Long Title||The purpose of the Bill is to implement minor amendments to the National Environment Protection Council (Western Australia) Act 1996 (NEPC (WA) Act). The main effect of the amendments are to -|
allow the National Environmental Protection Council (NEPC) Service Corporation to provide support and assistance to other Ministerial Councils. provide a simplified process for making minor variations to the National Environment Protection Measures; and
require five-yearly reviews of the NEPC (WA) Act.
