say that in relation to the development application (WAPC Ref: SDAU-063-3) for the proposed mixed-use development at Lots 956 (99), 965 (95) and 944 (83) Ellersdale Avenue and Lots 961 (30) and 946 (14) Dugdale Street, Warwick that consideration of an application of this nature and scale within a secondary activity centre is contrary to the orderly and proper planning in the absence of a precinct structure plan being prepared and endorsed over the broader Warwick Activity Centre.
If the Western Australian Planning Commission grants approval for development, we ask the Legislative Council support a request that the Government cancel that approval.
And your petitioners as in duty bound, will ever pray.
