On 25 November 2010 the Legislative Council referred the Occupational Licensing National Law (WA) Bill 2010 to the Uniform Legislation and Statutes Review Committee for consideration and report by 15 February 2010. On 15 February 2011 the Legislative Council granted an extension of time to report until 14 April 2011.
