Police—Outstanding arrest warrants—Paul Patrick Brady
199. Hon Nick Goiranto theminister representing the Minister for Police:
I refer to the answer to my question without notice on 26 November 2024, in which the house was informed that an arrest warrant for Paul Patrick Brady has been outstanding for five years, notwithstanding that WA Police have been contacted regarding Mr Brady's whereabouts.
(1) How many arrest warrants are currently outstanding?
(2) How long have each of those warrants been outstanding?
(3) Will the minister release information about any of those warrants so that Western Australians may be of assistance in coming forward with information about the whereabouts of these individuals?
Hon Matthew Swinbourn replied:
I thank the honourable member for some notice of the question, which I note was first asked on 1 May 2025, so the answer was correct as at that time. The following information has been provided to me by the Minister for Police.
