219. Hon Tim Clifford to the Leader of the House representing the Minister for Housing and Works:
I refer to the Vacant Property Rental Incentive Scheme.
(1) How many vacant residential properties are there currently in Western Australia; and, if known, how many of these are in the metropolitan area?
(2) How many vacant residential properties have been returned to the long-term rental market as a result of the Vacant Property Rental Incentive Scheme?
