Joint Standing Committee on Delegated Legislation
Assembly's message
Message from the Legislative Assembly received and read acquainting the Legislative Council that it has agreed to the following resolution:
(1) That:
(a) the terms contained in Legislative Council message 1 for the establishment of the Joint Standing Committee on Delegated Legislation be agreed to; and
(b) the members for Mindarie, Mount Lawley, Scarborough and Swan Hills be appointed as members of the committee.
Membership
On motion without notice by Hon Jackie Jarvis (Deputy Leader of the House), resolved:
That the following members be appointed to the Joint Standing Committee on Delegated Legislation: Hon Andrew O'Donnell, Hon Anthony Spagnolo, Hon Klara Andric and Hon Amanda Dorn, and that the Legislative Assembly be acquainted accordingly.
The Assembly acquainted accordingly.
