State barrier fence—Esperance extension

I refer to my question without notice 1171 of 15 October 2024 on the stalled state barrier fence, Esperance extension, program.
(1) Has the approximate 140-kilometre gap in the Salmon Gums section been completed?
(2) If yes to (1), on what date was the fence completed; and, if no to (1), how many kilometres remain to be completed?
(3) Has an Indigenous land use agreement been progressed or finalised with the Ngadju people in relation to native title?
(4) If yes to (3), will the minister table the ILUA to the house?
(5) Has any construction of the Salmon Gums section occurred on freehold land?

(3)–(4) Respectful negotiations with the Ngadju Native Title Aboriginal Corporation are ongoing.
