I refer to the winter strategy document presented to the Department of Health for approval.
(1) On what date was the strategy presented?
(2) What is the total cost of all actions and initiatives requested in the strategy?
(3) What percentage of the funding requested received funding approval?
(4) What initiatives were not funded?
(5) Who had the final say on what would be funded?

I thank the honourable member for some notice of the question.
(1)–(5) The winter strategy progressively developed in preparation for the winter period of 2025. Initiatives are funded through a range of different sources. Some winter strategy initiatives were already underway, whereas others represented an uplift in service volumes or implementation of new initiatives.
