I refer to yesterday's article in The West Australian titled "WA post and boast bill: Labor likely to run into delay passing bill as Greens and Liberals support inquiry", which stated:
Despite concerns, Roger Cook argued protests will not be the focus of the laws, saying he had received advice which said so.
(1) Who gave the Premier this advice?
(2) Will the Premier please table the advice received?
(3) If no to (2), why not?

I thank the honourable member for some notice of the question. The following advice has been provided by the Premier.
(1)–(3) The Premier received verbal advice from the Attorney General.
