I refer to the code yellow alert system in WA hospitals.
(1) By month, how many code yellows were initiated in WA hospitals, including those run by private operators, from April 2025 to date?
(2) For each month from April 2025 to date, what is the breakdown by hospital of all code yellows initiated?
(3) What was the reason for the code yellows, and what area of the affected hospitals were impacted?
