I refer to the 2021 fire safety audit at King Edward Memorial Hospital for Women and the more than $3 million in corrective works that were due to begin in 2023.

(1) Has the entire scope of the remedial works been actioned and completed?

(2) If yes, can the minister outline the completed works, including in which clinical areas and wards they took place?

(3) If no, which fire safety deficiencies identified are still to be addressed?

(4) Has a follow-up audit or review occurred since 2021?

(5) If yes, when was it conducted?
