Hon Matthew Swinbourn (Minister for the Environment) (5:05 pm): Earlier, Hon Nick Goiran asked me question without notice 503. I said that I did not have it in my file, but I have now located it. It was incorrectly labelled to Hon Dr Steve Thomas. The answer is:
(1) Yes.
(2)–(3) The Western Australia Police Force will work closely with all state government agencies to investigate all matters brought to its attention, in accordance with the Criminal Code Act Compilation Act 1913.
