are concerned citizens who are calling on the State Government to immediately release the final report of the Special Inquiry conducted by the Hon Malcolm McCusker AC CVO KC into the administration of the 2025 State Election. We are concerned by reports of ballot paper shortages, polling day mismanagement, and the outsourcing of key electoral functions. We believe public confidence in the Western Australian Electoral Commission must be restored through full transparency. We therefore request that the Legislative Council calls on the Government to table the full report without delay and without redactions.
