C-series trains
531. Hon Steve Martin to the parliamentary secretary representing the Minister for Transport:
I refer to the answers to questions on notice 306, 318, 320, 321, 322, 326, 335, 348, 349, 350, 351 and 352, answered on 12 August 2025, which all refer to a single answer to question on notice 304 that did not provide any of the specific points of data asked for in relation to C-series trains.
Why are answers to questions on matters such as the existence of fault logs, contract terms, completion and delivery schedules, staff and passenger surveys, work health and safety complaints and specific allegations of mechanical failures in the Rail, Tram and Bus Union survey of train drivers not able to be provided?
(Interruption from the gallery.)
The President: Order in the gallery, please. Thank you. Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister for Transport.
Hon Samantha Rowe replied:
I thank the honourable member for some notice of the question and provide the following answer on behalf of the Minister for Transport.
I reject the premise of the question. The answer provided canvassed the broad range of issues raised in the member's questions.
