I refer to the government's so-called "tiger team" within the Department of Health.
(1) When was the team created and for what purpose?
(2) How many FTEs make up the team and what are their levels?
(3) In relation to (2), what are their position descriptions and functions?

(1)–(3) There is no unit within the Department of Health referred to as a tiger team.
